Once you have established a booking:
- For any reason, you can cancel it or change it up to 24 hours before the start time of the session. There is NO charge to CHANGE the appointment more than 24 hours in advance. If you opt to CANCEL your appointment, the amount of money you get back will be based on the cancellation fees shown during the booking process and cited in your confirmation email.
- To CHANGE an appointment, log into the Customer Center at www.campusts.com, click the “Bookings” tab, and select the booking you would like to alter. You can change the day, time, tutor, and in some instances the course.
- To CANCEL an appointment, log into the Customer Center at www.campusts.com, click the “Bookings” tab, and select the booking you would like to cancel. Click the CANCEL icon to cancel the appointment.
This process can NOT be done via the telephone!!

If you have made a booking within the last 2 hours and wish to cancel it, you must EMAIL dave@campusts.com to request a refund. If the time stamp of the email is within 2 hours of the time the booking was made, the session will be cancelled, and a full refund will be granted.
If you need to cancel an appointment due to illness or a family or medical emergency, you must EMAIL bill@campusts.com. Written documentation will be required in all cases where illness is cited as the reason for cancelling. Such documentation must show not just a visit to the doctor, but a diagnosis indicating you are to be excused from class and extracurricular activities. Language like “unable to attend” or “excused from class & all extracurricular activities” is strongly recommended.
