Members pay a monthly fee in exchange for lower prices on all CTS services. If you are planning to attend sessions at CTS sporadically, a membership likely does NOT make sense for you. On the other hand, if you plan to use CTS services more frequently, a membership will definitively save you money.
Once you initiate a membership, you will be charged a fee every 30 days until you terminate it. Memberships can be initiated via the Customer Center
Termination of memberships can NOT be done over the telephone, nor can it be done by “telling someone at CTS”. There are two ways to terminate your membership:
- Log into the Customer Center and click the “Membership” icon, then click cancel.
- Send email to firstname.lastname@example.org and request that your method of payment be removed from your account.
Method (1) will terminate the membership immediately and stop all associated charges. Method (2) may take up to five (5) business days and is not recommended.
Membership Charges that accrue after a customer “was done using CTS” or “are not using Campus Tutoring Service anymore” are not eligible for a refund. This includes, but is not limited to, summertime when CTS remains OPEN for both in person and virtual tutoring.
