We believe strongly that our program will deliver results. Because of this, we offer two special monetary incentives for students who register before the start of the semester. Students are eligible to earn both of these refunds.
Incentive #1: The Perfect Attendance Refund
Students who register before the start of the semester will receive a 10% refund for perfect attendance. To qualify, students must attend their required Group Sessions during each instructional week and participate in all available in-person Exam Review Sessions specific to their class. Students sign in when they attend sessions, and these sign-in sheets will be the primary determinant of attendance.
Incentive #2: Grade Insurance
Students who register before the start of the semester become eligible for a Grade Insurance Refund if they meet the following criteria and complete the course with a final grade of B- or lower:

The student has no more than one unexcused absence from in-person Group Sessions during the instructional weeks. An absence is considered excused only if it is approved by the Program Director before the absence occurs.

The student attends all available in-person Exam Review Sessions for their class.

The student completes 16 on-time grade submissions, sent via email to Bill, the Program Director, on Wednesdays between 12:00 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. The email timestamp will serve as the sole determinant of submission time. Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted. A grade submission is incomplete if it does not include all required screenshots or if the screenshots do not clearly show the required grade information. Submissions must clearly show any new grades posted within the prior 7 days.

The student completes the course with an overall homework grade of 90% or higher. To be clear, this is not additional homework; this is the homework assigned by the student’s on-campus instructor. Many homework platforms allow for unlimited attempts, and numerous support resources are available to assist students. Classes that do not assign homework are exempt from this requirement.

The student signs the Phone-Free Pledge. This agreement stipulates that mobile devices will be placed in airplane mode during all required sessions, thus ensuring phone-free attendance throughout the semester. Use of any phone, smartwatch, tablet, laptop, or other electronic device during sessions for purposes other than notetaking is strictly prohibited. Students who violate this policy will be notified via email, and that notification will result in forfeiture of eligibility for Grade Insurance.
Refund Amount: Students who register before the semester begins, meet all five criteria listed above, and receive a final course grade of B- or lower are eligible for Grade Insurance Refunds. Refund amounts are based on the student’s final course grade: B- qualifies for a 25% refund, C+ qualifies for a 50% refund, and C or lower qualifies for a 75% refund.
To receive a Grade Insurance refund, eligible students must submit a formal refund request via email within 14 calendar days after taking their course’s final exam.
