    REQUIREMENTS FOR "SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION" OF THE PROGRAM

    #:1 ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT
    Students will receive instructional video files demonstrating how to do most problems on the homeworks and the quizzes. It is OPTIONAL for students to use these videos, however they must meet the minimum homework average to be eligible for a refund. It is mandatory for students to attend the in-person Midterm Exam and Final Exam Review.

    #2: HOMEWORK REQUIREMENT
    Students must keep a homework average of 90% or higher to be eligible for a refund should they NOT be able to transfer the course to IU. Instructional videos will provide solutions for almost every problem, so this should not be difficult to obtain.

    #3: REGISTRATION DEADLINE
    Standard registration ends on the Sunday of the first week of the 8-week term. Only students who enroll on or before that day are eligible for a refund should they finish the course with a grade that does not enable a transfer to IU. Late registration begins on the Monday of the second week of the 8-week term. Students who enroll during the late registration period cannot get any sort of refund irrespective of their performance in the class.

    GRADE BASED COMPENSATION:
    Students who register prior to the deadline and meet the attendance and homework requirements are entitled receive a full refund of all monies paid for the program if their final grade does not permit a transfer for credit at Indiana University. Refunds are given to the credit card used to pay for the sessions.

    DEADLINE FOR REFUND REQUESTS:
    Students requesting a refund must make their requests VIA EMAIL no later than 14 days after the date the final exam was completed. Email must be sent to iucampusts@gmail.com and contain a screenshot or photograph of the final course grade. If such a request is made, CTS reserves the right to confirm the grade via an official grade report.

    WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PROGRAM:
    To withdraw from the program, the participant must send an email to bill@campusts.com stating they are withdrawing from the program.
